The pandemic has shifted the entire system of education to online mode. Therefore, the internal medicine training interview will also be conducted online this year. In this section, you need to mention your additional degrees along with your medical degree. Presentations
In this section, you don’t need to show the posters of Quality Improvement projects. If you don’t have anything in the past that you can present here, then it is recommended to ask your supervisor for the upcoming projects, or you can even abstract the submission for any presentation. For this, your name on the poster is enough to get the points.
Prizes and awards
You need to mention the prizes and awards you have achieved after graduating or during your medical school. If you don’t have any, you can achieve it in the following areas:
- Presentation and conference poster prizes
- Medical societies’ essay competition
- Prizes of quality improvement projects
Publications
If you are the author of more than one PubMed cited paper, there are chances to score more points. Therefore, it is necessary to hang with any publication and learn how to study smart because when you add such a publication to your portfolio, your score increases. You must be aware of the publication you have mentioned and must be ready to talk about it.
